Job summary

NRI Distribution seeks a Training Supervisor to direct onboarding and training with in-house trainers and staff on warehouse operations in Easton, PA. The role supports continuous improvement, safety, and KPI achievement and requires leadership of trainer teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Key qualifications include 3+ years in warehousing or training leadership, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel up to 25% may be required to other locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience and/or leading a training team.
• Proven ability to build relationships and motivate others.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and endure active work conditions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the training, cross-training and development of Trainers.
• Coach, counsel, and inspire Trainers and employees to meet metrics.
• Create training programs by assessing gaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Acquire in-house EO certification and host classes as needed.
• Reinforce safety practices and monitor training hours and records.
• Collaborate with DC and Training Managers on labor training needs.
• Travel up to 25% between company locations as required.
