Job summary

NEPW Logistics Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Training & Safety Coordinator to oversee training programs, safety initiatives, and ensure compliance across processes and policies. The role reports to the Director of Quality and Safety.

The position focuses on training all new warehouse staff in PIV operation, safety, and daily duties, while maintaining SOPs and training records. Travel to other locations is required and OSHA-compliant practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to train new warehouse staff in safety and job duties.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Preferred OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR or forklift trainer credentials.
• Regular travel to other locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees in PPE usage, safety practices, and SOPs.
• Maintain training materials and records per regulations.
• Conduct safety and training audits and report findings.
• Investigate incidents with Operations Managers and enforce safety policies.
