Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the training team, oversee onboarding, and develop operation‑specific programs with our in‑house trainers for warehouse operations.

You will have 3+ years of warehouse or training leadership, excellent communication, MS 365 proficiency, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Expect up to 25% travel across PA, CA, Nevada and PA locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience and/or leading a training team.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint).
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the training, cross-training and development of Trainers.
• Coach, counsel, and inspire Trainers and employees to meet and exceed metrics.
• Create training programs by assessing skill/knowledge gaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Acquire a in-house Equipment Operator (EO) certification and host certification classes as needed.
• Reinforce safety practices and support incident reduction efforts.
• Monitor Training Hours and maintain training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the DC Manager and Training Manager on labor planning.
• Complies with safety policies, reports unsafe activities.
• Keeps work and storage areas safe and tidy at all times.
• Up to 25% travel between locations including CA, NV, PA.

A Day in the Life

As a Training Supervisor, you will play an important part in providing direction to the training team by ensuring all functions related to onboarding and training with in-house NRI Trainers and employees on job specific operations functions are met. You’ll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Starting Pay

$62,000-$77,500

The Must Haves

• 3+ years of warehouse experience and /or leading a training team, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint)
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Things You Will be Doing

• Ensures the training, cross-training and development of Trainers
• Coach, counsel, and inspire Trainers and employees to not only meet but exceed requiredperformance metrics
• Create training programs by assessingskill/knowledge gaps, training objectives,work situations, changes in trainingSOP’s along withdriving continuous improvement initiatives within training processes and implementing related projects.
• Acquire a in-house Equipment Operator (EO) certification and host certification classes as needed
• Reinforce safety practices and support incident reduction efforts including but not limited to performing three safety observations weekly.
• Monitor Training Hours and ensure training records and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Exhibit and practice positive communications and team-building skills with trainees to ensurea consistently professional environment
• Collaborate with the DC Manager’s and Training Manager by planning labor training requirements based on forecast
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities tothe supervisor or and Safety Manager
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
• Performs other duties as requested
• Up to 25% travel is required between company locations, including facilities within California and regional locations in Henderson, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, based on business needs
