Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the PM shift in Easton, PA. You will direct the order fulfillment team, ensuring timely delivery and KPI attainment while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in warehousing, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong WMS/MS Office skills. The role requires physical work, safety compliance, and a collaborative, hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in WMS and MS Office required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members and monitor performance.
• Drive KPIs and SLA metrics to meet customer commitments.
• Plan labor requirements with DC Manager based on forecasts.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and SOP adherence.
