Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Chandler, USA, is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse to coordinate daily warehouse operations, supervise a designated team, and ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of products.

You will train staff on SOPs, support process improvements, work with IT to resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date work instructions while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team in daily operations.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity and safety.
• Load orders accurately for doors and trailers.
• Research discrepancies in shipping/receiving.
• Train staff on SOPs including shipping, receiving, and quality control.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Escalate operational issues to supervisor/manager as needed.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement and clear inter-shift communication.
