Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to help achieve customer demands
• Train associates on standard operating procedures including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, verify paperwork, and ensure accurate counts
• Load orders efficiently according to doors and trailers
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed, report damages or discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, or in person
• Prepare activity reports for site management
• Direct warehouse team operations to meet productivity targets
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and adhere to safety rules and SOPs
• Participate in safety meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate scheduling and labor resources to maintain productive workforce
• Escalate non-conformities to Quality Department and participate in corrective actions
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and ensure forklift certifications are current
• Perform general maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned by site management
