Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead to supervise warehousing activities, coordinate shifts, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations. The role involves training staff, supervising inbound/outbound processes, and maintaining performance targets.

The position requires forklift operation certification, basic computer skills, and experience in a logistics environment. Working hours include evening and weekend shifts at our Arkansas site.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Supervise unloading/loading, verify paperwork, and ensure accurate inventory.
• Communicate with customers professionally and prepare activity reports.
• Maintain quality control, document discrepancies, and ensure packaging/labeling.
• Follow safety protocols, ISO standards, and site policies; participate in safety meetings.
• Direct warehouse team operations, manage schedules, and coordinate labor.
