Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Henderson, USA, is seeking a Team Lead to guide our warehouse operations. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate shipping/receiving, and drive productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will oversee labor management, schedule development, and performance reporting, partnering with Supervisors to meet customer demands and maintain compliance with SOPs and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time position offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and training warehouse staff.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, picking and quality control SOPs.
• Ability to assist forklift operation and certify new staff.
• Knowledge of ISO/OSHA safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, order picking, packing, and loading per SOPs.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll targets.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and regulatory compliance.
