Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience with 1-2 years in supervision.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and tasks.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods per policy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and counts.
• Enforce safety protocols and train staff on SOPs.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
