Job summary

Sygma Virginia, part of The Sygma Network, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Ruther Glen, VA. The role focuses on supervising receiving, replenishment, safety, and staff direction to maintain efficient, compliant warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related warehouse experience.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of warehouse staff.
• Oversees Will Call operations, replenishment, selection and loading.
• Monitors labor hours within budget.
• Maintains proper temperature controls and QA guidelines.
• Coordinates repairs with other departments as necessary.
• Ensures HACCP, food safety and catch-weight documentation.
• Assists training of new associates and cross-training.
• Coordinates inbound operations with third-party unloaders.
