The role includes supervising shifts, coordinating inventory movement, and managing documentation and safety practices. Responsibilities include directing staff, approving time and PTO in Dayforce, and liaising with drivers to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training related to warehousing.
• Knowledge of industrial warehousing techniques and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coach warehouse shift workers.
• Oversee and coordinate movement and handling of incoming and outgoing inventory and associated documentation.
• Reviewing and authorizing time and PTO Requests in Dayforce.
• Supervise inventory tagging program.
• Coordinate documentation of pertinent inventory information as required.
• Coordinate and communicate with Truck Drivers as necessary.
• Oversee convenience cutting operation.
• Perform and oversee inventory location transfer logging as specified by procedure.
• Maintain complete inter shift communications.
• Maintain high level of safety during shift.
• Coordinate work order and other paperwork flow as required.
