Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the Warehouse team by planning and coordinating work schedules, training, and evaluating the performance of team members.
• Independently runs shifts and takes lead role, providing direction, executing plans, and making adjustments as needed.
• Demonstrates commitment to workplace safety and the capacity to influence behavior to create an environment that is safe for all.
• Keeps inventory records, conducts cycle counts, and reconciles with DataStream to control stock levels.
