Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks with the Warehouse Operations Manager to align labor with workload.
• Provide on-the-spot training, guidance, and coaching; ensure safety and standards.
• Maintain accurate data entry in company software and ensure clean, organized floor space.
• Communicate priorities, updates, and end-of-shift reporting to management.
