ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee warehousing activities at our Lockbourne, OH facility. The role focuses on protecting inventory integrity, leading the warehousing team, and optimizing space use while coordinating with transportation and management.

Ideal candidates have strong teamwork, forklift experience and proficiency with MS Office and a Warehouse Management System. They must be hands-on, able to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

• 3 years of forklift experience.
• ,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Warehouse Management System experience.

• Must be able to excel in a team-oriented environment and lead teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.

• Hands-on, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Protects inventory accuracy and integrity by following SOPs and meeting cycle count accuracy.

• Directs warehousing team to meet goals.

• Runs reports to maximize building capacity.

• Completes inbound and outbound documentation.

• Reads and prepares written reports.

• Uses warehouse and timekeeping systems.

• Communicates changes in handling procedures to office personnel.

• Advises Supervisor of operational issues.

• Interacts with local management daily.

• Complies with procedures in the Operations & Procedure Manual.
