Job summary

Newell Brands in Brimfield, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Leader to assist the shift supervisor in running our distribution operations and to lead the material handlers on the shift.

You will help drive inventory accuracy, safety, and teamwork while ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced facility. The role requires 2–3 years of logistics experience and leadership abilities, with PKMS/SAP proficiency and English literacy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of distribution/logistics experience.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong PKMS/SAP and math skills.
• Read and write in English.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
• Direct shift material handlers.
• Coach and develop shift employees.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete drop audits.
• Support PEAK initiatives and own systems when assigned.
• Communicate daily activities to Supervisor.
• Answer questions and log issues daily.
• Promote a safe, 5S-oriented environment and STOP audits.
• Coordinate Powered Industrial Truck training and re-certifications.
• Operate forklift and clamp when needed.
• Monitor time and approve payroll timesheets when Supervisor is out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
