Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure productivity.
• Train and coach staff on procedures, safety standards, and performance.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of priorities.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.
