Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in a fast-paced facility in Florida. You will oversee all warehouse operations, coordinate material handlers and drivers, and drive continuous improvement in safety and accuracy.

The role requires supervising staff, enforcing SOPs, and ensuring timely deliveries and inventory integrity. Candidates should have a minimum high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years warehousing experience.
• 1 year lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• OSHA safety knowledge.
• HVAC wholesale industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Direct daily activities of material handlers and drivers.
• Monitor performance and adjust procedures to meet goals.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory, and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
