Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
• Travel up to 10% and proficiency with MS Office and basic hardware.

Responsibilities

• Drives teamwork to meet productivity targets.
• Trains staff and monitors performance and service levels.
• Handles timecard management, productivity entries, and administrative duties.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance, promotions, coaching, and discipline for assigned staff.
