Job summary

You will mentor associates on SOPs, supervise loading/unloading, verify paperwork, and maintain equipment to ensure accurate inventories and on-time shipments. Responsibilities include training, safety compliance with ISO/OSHA standards, and producing activity reports for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Forklift training and certification.
• Able to operate MHE and RF scanners.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities in warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Mentor and train associates on SOPs and distribution tasks.
• Supervise unloading inbound shipments, picking, staging, and loading outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork, product counts, and trailer integrity.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts and reach trucks.
• Prepare activity reports for site management and participate in safety meetings.
