Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations at our Ohio facility. You will manage warehousing, receiving, and shipping activities under the Operations Manager, ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance with ISO standards.

The role requires 2-4 years in warehouse/logistics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards affecting the role
• Compliance with SOPs and safety rules including OSHA/MSDS

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations
• Coordinate warehousing, receiving and shipping under Operations Manager guidance
• Coordinate unloading inbound shipments and staging outbound orders
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers and tally quantities
• Research shipping/discrepancy issues and communicate findings
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person
• Prepare accurate activity reports for site management
• Ensure products/orders are received, shipped and picked correctly
• Verify products meet quality standards; report damages or discrepancies
• Stack, package, shrink wrap and label products
• Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures
• Report inconsistencies to the Operations Manager
• Comply with ISO, safety rules and OSHA/MSDS standards
