Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Greenwood, Indiana. This role offers weekly pay and a supportive work environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

• Hourly Pay: $22.70 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $34.05 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred
• 1+ year previous team lead experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RF scanners
• Valid forklift license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible, organized, and able to perform under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational efficiency
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Organize and assign daily work duties
• Guide team members to meet KPIs
• Provide orientation and tools for new employees
• Promote health and safety practices
• Handle paperwork; submit daily reports
• Other duties as assigned
