Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Establish, implement, and maintain processes for the Quality Management System.
  • Promote awareness of customer requirements and resolve quality-related matters.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to energize key quality, inventory, and other critical metrics.
  • Coordinate work instructions with supervisors and associates, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee training programs, ensuring timely completion of training requirements.
  • Write specifications for system developments and enhancements.
  • Research client requirements, develop proposals, and present solutions.
  • Manage system implementations and upgrades, providing ongoing support.
  • Support process and data modeling efforts.
  • Generate and implement project ideas and solutions across departments.
  • Maintain warehouse management system processes to ensure proper documentation and outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience leading value stream assessments and Lean improvement events (Kaizen).
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% for the role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with statistical software, process mapping, and prediction modeling tools (e.g., Crystal Ball).
  • Distribution and e-commerce experience, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle ambiguity.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
