Job Description: The Team Leader oversees, monitors, and coordinates production team activities, emphasizing individual and team achievement of goals. Ensures team goals align with company directives and acts as a liaison within the organization. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs various tasks, typically reports to a manager, and assumes supervisory duties in their absence. A degree of creativity and latitude is required.

• Maintain time and production records
• Responsible for the JD Edwards system
• Read standards
• Run lines as needed
• Assist with investigating quality issues (5-Why)
• Check under machine for unwanted parts or components
• Check all emergency stop buttons
• Check the set-up
• Keep assigned work area clean and organized during every workday
• Recognize and comply with all safety rules
• Work overtime as requested or scheduled
• Sweep and mop floors (within reason)
• Wipe down machines (within reason)
• Complete paperwork, including downtime
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager
