Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Service business from the stockroom. You will pull, pack, and ship parts for customer orders, coordinate outbound shipments, and manage all related documentation in SAP.

Responsibilities include parts inspection, labeling, order generation, and handling RMAs, freight claims, and international paperwork. Strong organization and teamwork are essential, with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1–3 years stockroom experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong organization and decision-making skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented and reliable.
Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Visual inspection of incoming parts and placement into inventory.
Reporting of discrepancies.
Verify bill of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers and store-received stock.
Packaging, preparing and loading of orders from the stockroom.
Pulling, bagging, and labeling stock for orders.
Generate all orders for daily shipping including deliveries, van stock, stock transports, and Field Service.
Create picking and shipping labels for all orders.
Process orders through customer portals, Vertiv portal, UPS and FedEx machines.
Process all RMAs from customers.
Manage Freight Claims in database.
Prepare international documentation for all international orders.
Perform cycle counts and verify stock numbers, quantities, locations, descriptions, and shelf life; troubleshoot discrepancies.
Create parts kits.
Identify stock shortages.
Ensure safety procedures are followed.
