Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations in a high-volume warehouse. You will lead teams, monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and maintain cycle-count processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
Experience with SAP, WMS, Kronos, and Excel.
CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management.
Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback.
Develop and maintain cycle‑count and inventory‑control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel.
Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
