Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.

• Technical proficiency with WMS and MS 365.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct the daily work of warehouse staff.
• Train new employees and provide coaching and cross-training.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations.
• Communicate policies, safety standards, and updates to the team.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity; address performance concerns.
• Maintain documentation of personnel and operational matters.
• Own team performance against KPIs and take corrective action.
