Applied Plant Science Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate receiving and outbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting cost objectives.

The role reports to the Logistics Manager and guides a team of 5–20 employees, delivering training and performance feedback to meet daily goals. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proven leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities to uphold

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
• Associates degree or better preferred
• English reading/writing/speaking required
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to lead meetings effectively
• Excellent personnel appraisal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operating manuals
• Excellent organization and leadership abilities
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and outgoing shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Oversee 5-20 employees and provide coaching and performance feedback
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and sick pay for production team
• Set department goals and monitor KPI data monthly
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Collaborate across levels to achieve organizational objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
