Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will manage receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy while ensuring a safe, efficient operation in the warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas.

You will coach and train staff, coordinate with drivers and sales, and drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment and equipment use. Experience in leadership and forklift operation is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and guide a dedicated team.
• Oversee receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Train and support warehouse staff and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate with Sales and drivers on orders, deliveries, and returns.
