Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, order pulling, loading, and paperwork for next-day deliveries. You will supervise administrative staff, ensure FIFO, coordinate pick planning, and uphold safety standards in a large national distribution network.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience in foodservice.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Aufgaben

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequencing on trucks.
• Ensures stock rotation using first-in/first-out procedures.
• Promotes service quality and ensures staff understand roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management systems to maximize productivity.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of material handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
