Job summary

Werner Gourmet Meat Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team, drive efficient operations, and ensure timely order fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will organize daily tasks, train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to maintain accurate inventory, safe work practices, and a positive, productive environment. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced facility with day, night, and weekend shifts,

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proven warehouse or logistics experience (2–3 years).
• Demonstrated leadership in a supervisory role (1+ year).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping).
• Familiar with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems for inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse manager in supervising workers and delegating tasks.
• Monitor performance and productivity to meet standards.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet production goals.
• Train new team members on procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Enforce safety guidelines and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, sanitation and company policies.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution with accurate labeling and storage.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and cycle counts; minimize losses.
• Collaborate with management to keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
