Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and related paperwork for daily deliveries. You will lead administrative staff, ensure timely and accurate shipments, and maintain stock rotation while complying with safety policies.

Your role includes coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, leveraging the warehouse management system to boost productivity, and upholding a culture of quality service for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year technical degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience within foodservice industry.
• Supervisory experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Ensures proper stock rotation per first-in/first-out procedures.
• Maintains service quality through readiness and teamwork to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Monitors warehouse productivity and uses the warehouse management system to improve operations.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
