Prime Meats is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehousing activities, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient outbound logistics. You will mentor staff, coordinate routes, and uphold HACCP standards in a fast-paced cold storage environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of people leadership in warehousing, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in personnel management within warehousing.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory control.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehousing activities and warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate cross-docking and local routes planning.
• Ensure proper labeling and inventory accuracy.
• Generate reports on inventory, efficiency, and costs.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Collaborate with sales on orders and transfers.
• Maintain HACCP standards for cold storage areas.
• Oversee equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks for safety.
