Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will manage receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy while ensuring a safe, efficient operation in the warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas.

You will coach and train staff, coordinate with drivers and sales, and drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment and equipment use. Experience in leadership and forklift operation is essential.

• Previous warehouse leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and guide a dedicated team.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the warehouse (and cooler, freezer area) while leading receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory transactions to ensure order accuracy.

A Sample of the Role:

• Help lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Pick, stage, and load customer orders
• Support receiving, inventory, and cycle counting
• Operate forklifts, walk riders, and pallet jacks
• Train and support warehouse team members
• Coordinate with Sales and drivers on orders, deliveries, and returns
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
• Work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments
