Job summary

CREATIVE WERKS LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory control, while managing a team of forklift operators and clerks. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely documentation to meet cost and quality targets.

You'll coach staff, coordinate shifts, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and food-safety standards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5+ years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supervising forklift operators, clerks and shifts.
• Must be proficient with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous and food-safety training familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises forklift lead, operators and warehouse clerks in warehouse activities.
• Oversees daily tasks like filling and shipping orders; ensures accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
• Measures and reports the effectiveness of department activities; provides daily summaries and status reports.
• Enforces safety policies and conducts training and coaching to develop team members.
• Coordinates handoffs between shifts and communicates key information to peers and management.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP and other food-safety training requirements.
