Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I in Indiana to manage a work area on the warehouse floor. You will train staff, coordinate shift start activities, and ensure customer requirements and safety policies are followed.

You will lead by example and drive continuous improvement with proper documentation. You will oversee inspections, ensure tools and materials are ready, and interact with customer management to maintain satisfaction while meeting production targets

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor preferred.
• Comfortable using scanners and tablets for data entry and tracking.
• Strong organizational and safety mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection processes and ensure customer product quality.
• Lead by example and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate shift start activities and prepare materials.
• Ensure tools, PPE, and paperwork are ready for jobs.
• Provide on‑the‑job training on new work instructions.
• Be accountable for personnel performance and safety.
• Interact with customer management to ensure satisfaction.
• Document daily activities and maintain proper records.
