Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I in Kyle, TX. You will manage and coordinate activities in the work area, train staff, and liaise with customers at management levels.

Ensure work completes on time while following quality and safety processes and provide input to onsite management on performance. The role operates on the warehouse floor near heavy machinery and requires strong leadership, reliability, and ability to work varying shifts with weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor is required.
• Ability to manage a team of up to 15 people.
• Comfort with scanners and tablets for data keeping and time entries.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection process and customer product inspection for assigned tables.
• Lead by example; maintain organization and housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and health policy compliance across the facility.
• Coordinate shift start activities and ensure necessary tools are available.
• Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions.
• Interact with Customer management to ensure satisfaction and complete documentation.
