Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred; substitution possible.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to direct, assign, and delegate daily tasks.

• Capacité to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to obtain forklift license.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns daily job tasks to Production Workers/ADC Attendants, Utility workers and Processors.
• Exhibits independent judgment in daily operations.
• Ensures donations and truck shipments are sorted and stocked for stores.
• Identifies merchandise for online sales and handles per procedure.
• Greets donors and unloads items, providing good customer service.
• Records donation counts and maintains accurate paperwork.
• Keeps daily production goals and safety standards.
• Prevents theft and reports suspicious activities to management.
• Operates forklift trucks and baler; assists with loading/unloading.
