Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to lead a team, train staff and maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team, driving performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain necessary documentation.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe 7S work environment.
