GXO Logistics, Inc. in Clayton, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the first shift (Tue-Fri, 6:00am–4:30pm). You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and guide a warehouse team to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

Prior supervision, SAP, and WMS experience are preferred. Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team, providing development opportunities and performance guidance.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and compliant safety procedures.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety rules.
• Operate equipment safely and support warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate any issues that arise.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following the 7S program.
