Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate orders and inventory levels. You will train staff, enforce safety procedures, and optimize processes using SAP and WMS tools.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year of SAP exposure, and hands-on use of WMS and handheld scanners. A flexible, safety-conscious mindset and the ability to lift heavy items are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; propose performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents; uphold exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools as required.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment as per 7S standards.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
