Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory, timely orders, and strong safety practices. You will train staff, assign tasks, and support management to maintain efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and proficiency with WMS and handheld scanners. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
