Job summary

You will train and coach staff, assign tasks, and utilize SAP and our Warehouse Management System to optimize daily operations. The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing, 1 year of supervisory experience, and a flexible schedule including possible overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
