Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on the 2nd shift in Plainfield, IN. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach staff to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse staff; provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure policy compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and participate in safety procedures.
