Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Lead in our Plainfield, IN warehouse for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm). You’ll oversee a team, ensure orders are accurate and on time, and coach staff to maximize performance.

Requires 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year SAP, and experience with WMS and handheld scanners; supervisory experience is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements when needed.
• Use warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
