Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor in New Jersey to manage daily operations on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). You will oversee the warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, and drive on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include workload review, coaching staff, using SAP and WMS systems, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; SAP/WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
