Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to manage the warehouse team on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) in our New Jersey facility.

You will supervise operations to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment, and you will coach and train staff to promote high performance. Key requirements include at least 2 years in a warehouse environment, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Provide support to warehouse management and ensure policy adherence.
