Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to train and lead front-line staff across shifts, driving cost efficiency, safety, and continuous process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to build capability and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.

You will coordinate with location leadership, manage inbound/outbound materials, and optimize dock usage and inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma
• Experience supervising front line staff in a performance-driven environment
• Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others and drive team decisions

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates with a focus on cost efficiency, process improvement, service, and safety across shifts
• Coaching and issuing discipline
• Manage receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products
• Optimize dock usage, warehouse layout, and loading patterns
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs
• Provide timely service to sales while minimizing costs
• Lead and develop your team to solve day-to-day issues and achieve goals
• Deliver effective change leadership while minimizing people impact
• Be present on the plant floor and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Occasional off-shift and weekend work with travel (<5%)
