Job summary

PepsiCo in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, driving cost efficiency, process improvement, service and safety across shifts.

You will manage receiving, shipping, inventory levels, and frontline staff, building capability through coaching and strong cross-functional collaboration while upholding food safety standards. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of warehouse experience, Lean Six Sigma exposure, and a valid CDLA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• Two years of warehouse or logistics experience; Lean Six Sigma exposure.
• Experience supervising front-line staff in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Minimize loading time by optimizing dock use and routing.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales.
• Provide timely service to sales while controlling costs.
• Coach and develop frontline staff to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Enforce food safety, housekeeping and safety standards.
