Qualifications

High school diploma required.
2+ years of Leadership experience required.
3+ years of experience in inventory and/or logistics and transportation/distribution required.
Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience.
1+ year SAP experience desired.
1+ year WMS experience desired.
6+ months S4hana experience desired.
Project management experience desired.
Ability to work off-shifts, weekends and overtime when needed.
Must be willing to travel 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

Maintain housekeeping and safety standards and training.
Identify productivity opportunities to help meet the operating plan.
Manage adequate staff levels to deliver market needs.
Operate within WMS & E80 systems.
Develop and motivate the team to solve day-to-day issues and reach goals.
Drive change leadership while minimizing people impact.
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.
Build people capability through employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and routing to minimize loading time.
Prepare shift meeting data for the shift.
Regular plant-floor presence and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
Role may operate forklift and address automated vehicle performance.
Off-shift and weekend work with travel less than 5%.
