Job summary

PepsiCo strives for operational excellence in its warehouse network. The Warehouse Leader role focuses on receiving, shipping, and material handling across shifts, optimizing product movement and storage, and coaching frontline staff.

You'll drive cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement, while managing multiple shifts in union or nonunion environments and developing a high-performing team. Occasional travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• 1+ year tracking operational metrics.
• 1+ year Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year experience coaching frontline associates.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Night Shift - Tuesday to Saturday operations and safety.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment and quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth product flow for Sales.
• Forecast, budget, and manage expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Develop and motivate the team, drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
